Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end client onboarding strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead client workshops to define requirements, expectations, and success metrics
- Coordinate internal resources (technical, sales, support) to deliver seamless implementations
- Develop customized training programs and documentation for end-users
- Monitor adoption rates and resolve implementation bottlenecks proactively
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback collection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with 3+ years consulting experience
- Proven track record in client onboarding, implementation, or change management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate client needs into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Certification in CRM systems or enterprise software implementation preferred
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS technologies and digital transformation initiatives
