Are you a passionate people-person with a knack for process design and culture building? We are seeking a dynamic Onboarding Lead to join our growing team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of the employee experience, ensuring that every new hire transitions seamlessly into our company culture from day one.
As our Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and refining high-impact onboarding programs that set our team members up for long-term success. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline documentation, cultural integration, and training logistics. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize a comprehensive onboarding framework for all new hires.
- Manage the end-to-end new hire lifecycle, including pre-boarding communications, orientation sessions, and 30-60-90 day check-ins.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize role-specific onboarding tracks that accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees, facilitating a warm, inclusive, and informative welcome experience.
- Maintain and update the company’s internal onboarding knowledge base and digital portal.
- Gather and analyze feedback from recent hires to identify areas for improvement within the orientation process.
- Ensure all administrative requirements, including compliance documentation and system access, are completed timely and accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically focused on onboarding, training, or employee engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for public speaking or facilitation.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple cohorts of new hires simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Workspace).
- Proven ability to foster a positive company culture and bridge gaps between various departments.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with the challenges of starting a new role.
