Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key oncologists, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate doctors and hospital staff on the clinical benefits, mechanisms, and usage of advanced specialty medications.
- Coordinate patient referrals and support the continuum of care to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to optimize sales strategies.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biology, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Proven track record in medical sales, preferably within the Oncology or Specialty Pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
