Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct high-impact product presentations for oncologists, hematologists, and key hospital decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals through consistent engagement and clinical support.
- Provide technical expertise and up-to-date information regarding product efficacy, safety profiles, and therapeutic benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital purchasing patterns to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and medical affairs teams to ensure accurate product positioning.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and territory performance in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist, ideally within the oncology or specialty care pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare system, including hospital and pharmacy workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex medical concepts clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with healthcare partners.
