PT Bean Star Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Online Delivery Platform Operation Supervisor to oversee our digital storefronts. In this role, you will be the bridge between our physical outlets and the digital customer experience, ensuring seamless operations across major food delivery ecosystems including GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood.
As our Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing menu visibility, managing promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting platform-level issues to maximize revenue. You will work closely with store managers and marketing teams to ensure that our online presence reflects our brand excellence while meeting critical performance KPIs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize daily operations across all major online delivery platforms (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood).
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure menu accuracy, stock availability, and operational readiness for incoming digital orders.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and discount strategies to boost store traffic and average order value.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution processes specific to delivery platform channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports regarding sales, operational bottlenecks, and competitor activities for management review.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and adherence to quality standards across all digital menus.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, food delivery operations, or digital platform management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian online food delivery ecosystem and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic, fast-changing platform algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational troubleshooting.
