Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end online order processing across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels
- Generate daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Update product listings and promotional content on digital marketplaces
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement online sales campaigns
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales administration
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tokopedia, Bukalapak)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
