Are you a customer-focused individual who loves the fast-paced world of e-commerce? Polyprint Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and organized Online Shop Assistant to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefront, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and every order is processed with precision.
As our Online Shop Assistant, you will manage incoming inquiries, coordinate order fulfillment, and assist in maintaining the seamless operation of our online sales channels. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from order confirmation to final delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate packing and labeling of parcels.
- Update inventory status and assist in managing product listings online.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving delivery issues or product queries effectively.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor stock levels to prevent overselling.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and updating shop announcements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Malay and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Kuantan, Pahang.
