As our Onsite Amazon Virtual Assistant and E-commerce Specialist, you will be the backbone of our Amazon sales strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account. Your expertise will be crucial in a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to, crafting compelling and SEO-optimized product listings, meticulous inventory management, optimizing advertising campaigns (PPC), analyzing sales performance, and ensuring a seamless, top-notch customer satisfaction experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are always in stock and handling replenishment orders effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data to improve ROI.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high seller ratings.
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all Amazon policies and guidelines to prevent account issues.
  • Assist with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipment creation and reconciliation.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven hands-on experience (at least 2-3 years) managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices, including FBA and FBM.
  • Demonstrable experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
  • Proficiency in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer service and internal reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Cebu, Central Visayas.
