Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Effectively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly into the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently assist customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education or a degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Tagalog proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or client-facing role is preferred but not required for highly motivated individuals.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, web browsers).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly under pressure.
- Ability to work full-time, onsite in Cebu City, and adapt to varying shift schedules (e.g., days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Amenable to start immediately and undergo comprehensive training.
