Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and review to execution and closeout.
- Ensure all contractual documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and relevant legal standards.
- Update and maintain the company's CRM system with precise contract details, milestones, and communications.
- Monitor and track critical contract dates, including renewals, expirations, and project milestones, to ensure timely action.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, project management, and other departments to facilitate contract approvals and resolve issues.
- Prepare reports on contract status, performance, and compliance for management review.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, protecting company interests.
- Maintain an organized and accessible repository of all contract-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and document management best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
