This critical night shift role will be responsible for reviewing contracts, analyzing client and project requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation in our internal database. You will serve as the primary liaison between our US-based clients and local project teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of project goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate project documentation in the company's internal database
- Coordinate with US clients to clarify project requirements and address concerns
- Oversee night shift operations to ensure project milestones are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staff management or operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in database management and project tracking tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with US client communication preferred
- Knowledge of real estate or property management processes
