Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless program execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain and update program documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Monitor program KPIs and prepare regular performance summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific program requirements during the night shift.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to work night shifts and manage fluctuating workloads effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational/time management capabilities.
