Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare operating theatres and ensure all equipment is sterile and functional
- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures as directed
- Transport patients safely to and from operating areas
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Manage inventory of surgical supplies and instruments
- Assist with patient positioning and draping procedures
- Document procedural activities accurately and maintain records
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Surgical Technology or equivalent medical qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in perioperative services
- Knowledge of sterile processing and sterilization methods
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and moving
- Basic life support certification preferred
