Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures with instrumentation and equipment
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to intraoperative changes
- Manage surgical inventory, sterilization processes, and equipment maintenance
- Provide post-operative support in recovery areas while ensuring patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care plans
- Document perioperative procedures accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing with current Malaysian nursing license
- Certification in perioperative nursing or equivalent surgical experience
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
- Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Attention to detail with precise instrument handling capabilities
- Basic life support certification and advanced cardiac life support preferred
