Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare operating theatres for surgical procedures, including equipment setup and instrument sterilization
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols throughout surgical processes
- Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Monitor and restock surgical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceutical inventories
- Document equipment maintenance and surgical supply usage in compliance with healthcare standards
- Respond to emergency situations in the operating theatre with calm professionalism
- Train and mentor junior technicians on surgical procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Operating Theatre Technology or related healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical support roles
- Valid registration with Singapore's Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Proficiency in sterilization techniques and surgical instrument handling
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-stakes surgical procedures
