Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and set up Operating Theatre suites according to daily surgical lists and specific procedure requirements.
- Inspect, clean, and perform basic troubleshooting on surgical equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain high standards of sterility and cleanliness within the operating environment to prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist in the transportation and positioning of patients safely under the guidance of medical staff.
- Manage the inventory of surgical consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anaesthesiologists to facilitate smooth workflow during surgeries.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, hospital policies, and infection control standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or ITE Certificate in a relevant healthcare or technical discipline.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting, particularly in an operating theatre environment, is highly advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina to perform duties involving standing, walking, and moving medical equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of integrity and professional accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to rotating shift duties.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with diverse multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and surgical instruments is a plus.
