  • Manage daily office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and inventory status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational logs and inventory data.
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports and documentation for management review.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing operational meetings and appointments.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
