You will work alongside industry experts to optimize internal systems, bridge technical gaps, and integrate AI technologies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for pharmacy operational hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure 100% uptime for store operations.
- Assist in the research, development, and deployment of AI-based automation tools.
- Document technical workflows and create user manuals for internal staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
- Support the migration and integration of new digital health technologies.
- Conduct regular diagnostic checks on Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and peripheral devices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and OS troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts or a strong willingness to learn new emerging technologies.
- Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to commit to the internship duration as specified by program requirements.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail-pharmacy environment.
