As an Operation Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing client completion reports, monitoring contractor deposits, and coordinating with shipping lines and internal teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and send comprehensive completion reports to clients for all assigned tasks.
- Assist in monitoring contractor deposits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with shipping lines and vendors to track status and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
- Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or contractor management is a plus.
