You will be required to travel to various construction sites, acting as the vital link between our on-site teams and the management office. Your primary focus will be to assist in coordinating site documentation, managing compliance paperwork, and tracking maintenance schedules for our heavy machinery and equipment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Travel regularly to various construction sites to provide on-ground operational and administrative support.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and maintain accurate site documentation, including safety logs, daily reports, and compliance records.
  • Assist in scheduling, tracking, and documenting routine maintenance for machinery and engineering equipment.
  • Serve as a key liaison between site supervisors, project managers, and the main office to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor daily site progress and report any operational bottlenecks or delays to the Operations Manager.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to site permits, equipment inventory, and logistics.
  • Support the deployment and tracking of machinery to and from active construction sites.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administration, site coordination, or the construction/engineering sector is highly advantageous.
  • Male candidates are preferred due to the physical demands and specific site conditions associated with this role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites within Johor.
  • Valid driving license and reliable own transport are required for site visits.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
