Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations and document management of the office.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
  • Manage basic inventory logs and oversee supply procurement as needed.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and support front-desk communications when required.
  • Provide operational support to management to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and scheduling coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in office support is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
