Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business execution
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock replenishment and reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery and collection services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism
- Prepare operational reports and documentation for management review

Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in operational or customer service roles
