Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee and supervise driver teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and delivery schedules
- Optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient loading and unloading
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries and logistics operations
- Address and resolve any operational issues or customer concerns promptly
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve logistics processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar operational role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for occasional site visits)
