The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Clerk to join our growing operations hub. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire lifecycle of an order, from storage and inventory management to transportation and final delivery. You will act as the central liaison between our warehouse, transportation partners, and sales team to guarantee that every delivery is accurate, timely, and efficient.

Day-to-day, you will manage shipping documentation, track shipments, resolve logistical discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to our high service standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily storage, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Prepare, verify, and process all shipping documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular stock reconciliations.
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel, drivers, and customers to resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Update the company’s database and internal systems with accurate operational data.
  • Assist in optimizing logistics routes and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the operations team with general administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies and industry regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics, operations, or administrative clerk role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is an added advantage.
