- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Create detailed business process maps using industry-standard methodologies
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects from conception to completion
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless process integration
- Document process changes and maintain operational documentation
- Stay current with industry best practices in operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations development or process improvement
- Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Experience developing SOPs for manufacturing environments
- Project management certification or proven project leadership experience
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
