Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Coordinate between production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain operations
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding operational requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred
