Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory and ensure seamless material flow
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP) and ISO standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve productivity
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably food industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and lean methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and leadership abilities to coordinate teams effectively
