As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of office procedures, serving as a primary point of contact for enquiries and ensuring that our internal systems are meticulously maintained. You will work closely with various departments to support project delivery and operational goals. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professional communication.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and implement daily office procedures to ensure maximum organizational efficiency.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or providing timely responses.
- Create, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, quotations, and official correspondence.
- Monitor office inventory and procure supplies to ensure uninterrupted business activities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage facility maintenance and office logistics.
- Support the management team in scheduling meetings and coordinating internal events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards across all tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Local residency or willingness to work in the Shah Alam/Subang area.
