Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage and coordinate security personnel schedules, deployments, and performance evaluations
- Recruit, train, and onboard new security staff to maintain optimal team strength
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews
- Conduct regular security audits and implement corrective actions for identified risks
- Prepare operational reports and documentation for management review
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations or facility management
- Proven track record in team leadership and personnel management
- Strong knowledge of security regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required
- Valid security officer certification (SIRIM or equivalent)
