PAP Community Foundation (PCF) is looking for a dedicated and organized Operation Executive (Active Ageing) to join our mission-driven team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our Active Ageing Centres (AAC), ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and our services remain top-tier.

As an Operation Executive, you will bridge the gap between operational excellence and community care. You will oversee the daily workflows that empower our silver generation to lead active, fulfilling, and socially connected lives. This is more than just an administrative role; it is an opportunity to manage assets, coordinate vital community services, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our seniors to thrive.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Active Ageing Centre to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and manage centre assets, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all participants.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and procurement needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of community programs and events designed to promote active ageing and social integration.
  • Manage data entry, documentation, and reporting requirements in compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) guidelines.
  • Support volunteer management efforts, including briefing and coordinating volunteers for various centre activities.
  • Handle frontline enquiries and provide excellent customer service to seniors and their caregivers.
  • Ensure all operational activities adhere to organizational policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, facility management, or community service environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with seniors and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for elderly care and community development.
  • Ability to speak local languages or dialects is an advantage to better communicate with elderly residents.
  • Must be a team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
