Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of our elderly community? PAP Community Foundation invites you to join our dedicated team as an Operation Executive (Active Ageing). Based in Changi, this full-time role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery and smooth operation of our Active Ageing Centres (AACs).

In this dynamic position, you will serve as the operational backbone of our community hubs, providing essential administrative, logistical, and daily support. You will be responsible for managing records, coordinating activities, and ensuring that our centres are well-equipped to serve the needs of seniors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to ensure seamless daily functions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including member databases, attendance logs, and financial reports.
  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of daily activities, workshops, and community events for seniors.
  • Liaise with volunteers, partners, and external agencies to facilitate resource sharing and program execution.
  • Ensure the proper storage, inventory management, and distribution of stationery and operational supplies.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering queries, filing, and data entry with high attention to detail.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with seniors, volunteers, and staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for community service and working with the elderly population.
  • Valid Singaporean citizenship or valid Employment Pass/Work Pass is required.
