- Oversee daily mall operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance standards
- Manage and coordinate with outsource vendors for facility maintenance, security, and cleaning services
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Lead and mentor in-house operations team members for peak performance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with retail tenants to address operational needs and enhance tenant satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mall operations or retail management
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in operational reporting tools and performance metrics analysis
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
