Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations and facility team to achieve performance targets
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, safety protocols, and resource allocation
- Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships for facility operations
- Ensure compliance with IKEA standards, safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and collaborate with retail, logistics, and sustainability teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in facility management or operations leadership
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of facility maintenance systems, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational KPIs
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
