Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of construction and trading activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, procurement specialists, and sales executives
- Manage P&L, budget allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management within construction/trading industries
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth in competitive markets
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Expertise in supply chain optimization, project management, and operational risk mitigation
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
