In this key leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end distribution and sales operations, ensuring that our warehouse activities, delivery performance, and service levels align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for driving team productivity, maintaining high stock accuracy, and optimizing operational costs to support the company's growth in the competitive logistics sector.
As an Operation Manager, you will act as the central hub for logistics coordination, bridging the gap between warehouse management and sales strategy. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage the delivery pipeline, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and distribution logistics to ensure seamless product flow.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to meet and exceed service level agreements.
- Ensure high stock accuracy and implement robust inventory control procedures.
- Lead and motivate the operations team to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align distribution strategies with customer demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, warehouse supervision, or distribution.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics management, and inventory systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using ERP/WMS systems to track KPIs and operational data.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
