Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Implement and optimize operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Manage inventory control systems and supply chain coordination
- Lead and mentor operations teams to foster a high-performance culture
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
- Develop and maintain operational budgets while controlling cost variances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in nutraceutical or manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Expertise in process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of quality control systems (GMP, ISO) and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
