Join MR.DIY's dynamic retail team as an Operation Manager and drive excellence in our Kajang/Bangi/Serdang locations. You'll be the backbone of store operations, ensuring seamless daily functions while optimizing inventory, staff performance, and customer experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company standards
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through training, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues effectively
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail operations management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory control software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
