Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and workflow optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of consumer goods retail operations
- Experience with budget management and cost control
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
