Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic branches to ensure seamless workflow and consistent service quality
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, patient acquisition, and retention programs
- Lead, mentor, and motivate clinic teams including medical staff, receptionists, and support personnel
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic protocols
- Optimize resource allocation including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or aesthetic industry
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and clinic management software
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and aesthetic clinic operations
- Strategic mindset with ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
