Country Garden Pacificview is seeking a high-performing Operation Officer / Executive to join our prestigious team at Danga Bay, Johor. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial success of our retail assets by supporting leasing strategies, optimizing tenant mix, and ensuring seamless operational excellence.
You will work closely with the leasing management team to execute retail planning initiatives, identify potential business partners, and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for market trends and tenant performance analytics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the leasing superior in developing and executing comprehensive retail planning strategies.
- Conduct thorough trade and tenant mix reviews to maximize mall profitability and foot traffic.
- Actively source, qualify, and secure suitable tenants to fill vacant retail spaces.
- Manage end-to-end leasing administration, including preparation of tenancy agreements and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant fit-out processes and handover procedures.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain excellent landlord-tenant relations by addressing inquiries and operational concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular leasing performance reports and occupancy updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing, shopping mall operations, or property management.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and leasing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Willingness to work in Danga Bay, Johor.
