Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Coordinate logistics planning to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Manage and develop warehouse staff through training, performance monitoring, and coaching
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for integrated operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
