Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA monitoring, and performance evaluations
- Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for vendor payments and compliance
- Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders and leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or vendor coordination
- Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software
- Knowledge of MRO industry standards and best practices
