PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operational Accounting Executive to join our client's dynamic finance team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to strategic financial planning initiatives.
This 1-year contract position offers a competitive salary ranging from S$3,500 to S$3,900 per month, along with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a reputable organization within Singapore's central business district.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow management protocols
- Prepare and process month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal controls
- Support budget monitoring and forecasting activities as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operational accounting or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent numerical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in a contract or project-based role is advantageous
