Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end operational accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Streamline and document accounting workflows to improve internal control and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company internal policies.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring and banking relationships.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational accounting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-growth business environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with mainstream ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for business decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing accounting teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
