We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Auditor (CCTV Monitoring) to join our team in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. This is a vital role within our operations department, focusing on maintaining high standards of security and efficiency across our outlets. You will be tasked with overseeing real-time surveillance, ensuring that every team member adheres to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documenting any irregularities immediately.
Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting thorough CCTV checks, recording findings in a precise log, and preparing comprehensive daily reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct continuous monitoring of CCTV feeds to ensure security and operational integrity.
- Verify strict adherence to outlet SOPs and safety protocols during routine checks.
- Document operational findings, discrepancies, and security incidents accurately.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports highlighting key observations.
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards in all audit processes.
- Ensure all safety equipment and monitoring systems are functioning correctly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred).
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or operational auditing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice minor operational issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in using monitoring software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistency in operations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations and internal SOPs.
