Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operational activities across logistics, transportation, and manufacturing teams
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent operational delays
- Implement and optimize operational procedures for efficiency improvements
- Act as primary liaison between warehouse, transportation, and management teams
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
- Prepare weekly operational reports and performance metrics
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain productivity targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of operational coordination experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and operational software
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Advanced communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with Kalimantan region logistics operations preferred
