In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless transport of goods, equipment, and personnel across various company needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to safely operate company vehicles, plan efficient routes, and ensure that all deliveries and pickups are completed on time and in excellent condition. As a Driver at PT Greenfield Work & Flow, you will be an integral part of our operational success. You will work closely with the logistics team to coordinate daily schedules, conduct routine vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate logs of trips and mileage. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, and staff as assigned
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups in and around Ubud, Bali
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
- Accurately record trip details, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo when required, ensuring items are secure
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts to coordinate logistics
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license (SIM B1 or SIM A) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge of Bali roads and routes, especially the Ubud area
- Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and reliability
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, tires, lights)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
- Physically fit to assist with loading/unloading tasks
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
