Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with clear insights
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Collaborate with departments to streamline financial processes and controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contract financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational finance or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
