Tanggung Jawab
- Process and validate incoming/outgoing payment transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payment data against bank statements and internal ledgers
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies within SLA timeframes
- Maintain updated financial records in Payment Factory systems
- Collaborate with treasury teams on payment scheduling and forecasting
- Prepare monthly payment reconciliation reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in payment processing or finance operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Knowledge of international payment methods and FX regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
