Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for streamlining global payment operations? We are seeking an Operational Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our 'Payment Factory,' ensuring that complex financial transactions are executed with precision, compliance, and speed. You will leverage your expertise in SAP environments to manage end-to-end payment processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume daily payment processing activities within SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3 (SAFA) systems.
- Execute complex bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity and timely closure of books.
- Monitor and troubleshoot payment exceptions, providing root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with financial policies, SOX controls, and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and metrics for management review.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities with high precision.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational finance or accounts payable.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3 (SAFA) is strictly required.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, payment cycles, and global banking structures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for identifying process bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and compliance standards.
